It looks like I am going to get some journalism experience in the next few days. I’ve been asked to write a section of an upcoming March newsletter for District 8. I was looking at their website and the last newsletter was summer 2008, so yeah, it’s about time we did another one. The Chief of Staff said I could do an informative article, or if I think there are any problems in the district, I could write about that. Other than work and school, I do not spend much time in District 8, so I think I will do an informative article. I still am brainstorming, but I think I will do something about the Neighborhood Services department, and all the services they can provide in regards to blight and graffiti.
